<P>Hi there,</P><P>Our company will use SMS API on web server, we are going to send SMS to our device, then get reply from them. So I just wanna make sure the price first.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>If we use premium Access, the annual fee is $99, first 1 million per month free then $0.01 per each message, this is calculate by our server send out, right?</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>If our device reply more than 1 million messages per month to our server, will server receive message be charged?</P>

Only Sent Messages are chargeable. Receiving an SMS or checking delivery status do not count towards the 1 million transactions. You can find more details at our pricing page http://developer.att.com/pricing/sms-pricing-details
