AT&T In-App Messaging API Platform SDK for iOS
This iOS IAM library is used for accessing the API, along with helper functionality such as authorization management, send message and message inbox index management as well as sample apps to demonstrate API usage.
To develop applications for iOS, you need a Mac OS X computer that runs the Xcode tools, and you should be familiar with programming iOS applications using Objective-C. To get started with the iOS SDK, prepare your development environment by completing the following steps:
- You must be a member of Apple’s iOS Developer Program to run applications on an iOS device and to distribute apps to customers.
- Follow the instructions on the Apple Developer website to install Xcode and the iOS SDK.
- Create an AT&T Developer Program account and application profile.
- Sign up for a free AT&T Developer Program account.
- Set up a new app and get an App Key and App Secret. For the In-App Massaging API, also set a redirect URI.
- Download the AT&T Platform SDK for iOS using the button at the top of this page, or one or more individual SDKs:

ATTIn-App-MessagingKit-iOS-1.1.0/InAppMessaging/Readme.md - Reference the library file for the API you wish to use in your app.
- Use the corresponding manager class with your App Key and App Secret.
- To run the samples:
- Import all the projects from the source directory into XCode.
- Choose an API sample you want to run.
- Put in your App Key and App Secret. The red compiler errors show where each is placed.
- Run the project on a device or simulator.
- Look in each of the API SDK and sample folders for ReadMe files and developer guides.
