My experience with the Support staff through the AT&T Developer Program has been first rate to date.
I've had several discussions over live chat following webcasts or regarding some forum posts.
My only niggle is the site is looking a bit dated now and could do with a refresh, would also like to see even more live events hosted as having the chance to interact with "Experts" really helps to flush out those tricky questions.

My only concern is the site is looking abit dated now and is not always research friendly for those of us who are searching out new ideas. I would also like to see live events hosted or ask the expert for those who are exploring using apps in a new ways. Keep up the great work.

I've had no problems when I've contacted AT&T support (especially on the this forum). My problem is that I think the documentation is a bit lacking in the first place--it's hard to find out exactly where everything is, and the details in the doc pages are lacking. I'm coming from MSDN typically, which has very robust documentation (including lots of internal details, which I appreciate).
