I have been submitting tickets to the Marketplace support page. The system is frustrating in that there is no log of your outsanding tickets. Another frustating thing is that the system will not allow special characters like & * / : $ etc. Very seldom do I get any reply to a support ticket. When I do get a reply it does not reference the ticket number. Also there is an indication in the reply that I can reply to the email to continue the conversation if further resolution is needed. Such as:
Do you require a 1 GB plan per month for 9 SIMS?
I have removed the canceled plans, and moved the sims to the current data plan.
Please let me know and I will refund for the excessive charges.

However reply to the email is undeliverable. I have seem mention of a chat line, but it seems this link is missing from the home page.
Does anyone know if the chat link exists?
