Whenever I search online and cannot find the information that I want, I turn to Support tools. LiveChat is usually my first choice because it allows me to interact with another human being. My favorite LiveChat support is from the University of Washington (UW) library. It enables me to reach out to a librarian from UW or another academic library any time and they provide excellent service. This ability saved me many hours of research time while I was pursuing my MBA. I felt fortunate to be a student in the web 2.0 world. It is quite a different world than when there was no web at all.
