When you go to developer.att.com/support and sign in as a member, you have access to the Live Chat tool.
Live Chat agents can’t answer any specific coding questions or technical questions. They perform a concierge service to guide you to the appropriate web content or re-direct you to the resources that can support you. They are there to listen to your needs and receive your feedback. It’s a personal experience that many developers enjoy.
Over 120 developers have used the service since it was launched. We have been enhancing the service and web content based on the feedback that we have received. Our goal is to serve your immediate needs.
