Ed Schmit is a Marketing Director with the AT&T Developer Program, where his mission is to provide support and guidance for the developer community. During Ed’s six-year career at AT&T, he co-authored the Wireless Reference Architecture and several white papers while enlightening budding mobile application entrepreneurs through programs like AT&T’s “Open Call”. Ed is currently very involved with the AT&T API Platform and has a patent pending for an application delivery platform. Prior to joining AT&T, Ed worked at Intel for nine years in a variety of roles and while there participated in founding the Khronos Group.
