Contributor: Stephen Vincent, Executive Director, AT&T Digital Life
Stephen Vincent is Executive Director for AT&T’s Digital Life. Stephen is responsible for leading Strategy, Product and Business Development teams for Digital Life. This combination gives the Digital Life organization the ability to quickly identify key strategic initiatives that are emerging in the market place, foster the correct partnerships, define the Market approach, and oversee the execution. The team works in close collaboration with the Sales and Marketing, Operations, and Technology parts of the Digital Life organization to ensure that AT&T continues to deliver an industry leading experience to our customers.
The Connected Home Track will begin with a conversation with executives from leading Smart Home and IoT companies like Samsung, Nest, Cisco, and Kevin Petersen, Senior Vice President of Digital Life. Don’t miss the opportunity to discuss “The Growth of the IoT in the Connected Home” from their perspectives, and discover trends, challenges and future opportunities. Joining Kevin will be Peter Koo, SVP, Strategy and Technology, Samsung Mobile, Mike Soucie, Partner Program Lead, Nest, and Ken Hood, Director of Prime Home, Cisco.
Afterwards, I and the Digital Life Team will continue the conversation about the smart home in Digital Life sessions including, “Secure Gateway in the Connected Home” and “Growing Apps for the Smart Home” to explore the growth of the Connected Home industry with new services and apps that enhance the customer experience.
We will discuss some of the benefits of the Digital Life platform such as the ability to provide developers with the opportunity to innovate and enhance the customer experience with new, value-added solutions. When you think about the fragmentation of the smart home industry and the pervasiveness of cloud connected devices in your home, the Digital Life secure gateway is a necessary platform that joins these devices to bring harmony to your home.
We are excited to engage in a lively conversation about the evolution of the smart home and the important role developers can play in delivering these services.
