AT&T Mobile App Hackathon – Sustainability Hackathon with BMW & Tendril & Sphero
This last weekend we teamed up with the BMWi World Tour for a sustainability hackathon in New York City that challenged developers to create solutions that addressed sustainability. Trendril and Sphero also joined in for the three day hackathon that started on Friday and concluded on Sunday afternoon. Overall around 90+ developers flowed through the awesome event space with 11 teams presenting on Sunday. With BMW precision, the event staff kept the custom lattes flowing and the beats jamming.
You can check out the event space that the developers had access to for this hackathon at our Facebook page and marvel at the fantastic custom job that the event staff pulled off in creating the space. They started with nothing but a shell of a building, brought in power, water, buidling materials and built from scratch the entire event space. Now that is a hackathon!
