AT&T Carrier Billing on Third-Party Storefronts

For developers of either consumer or enterprise mobile focused software, AT&T provides a broad distribution platform supported by a monthly billing system to help them maximize reach and sales opportunities for their applications and games.

In third-party storefronts, AT&T carrier billing is currently the preferred payment option on the following platforms: Android, Blackberry, Windows Phone, and WebOS.

When submitting paid content to these storefronts, developers do not have an obligation to specify that AT&T carrier billing support is made available to customers.

Below is general information for developers to understand the submission process for current third-party storefronts supporting AT&T carrier billing.

Android Market
  • Developers simply create a Android Market developer account with Google at http://developer.android.com/index.html for tools and resources to create and deliver their application or game.
  • Paid content must be priced In US dollars.
Blackberry AppWorld
Windows Phone Marketplace
HP webOS
  • Developers simply create a developer account with HP at https://developer.palm.com/ for tools and resources to create and deliver their application or game.
