There are two ways to get access to the U-verse Enabled development/test environment:
U-verse Account
If you have an existing U-verse account, request the development channel (9315).
Simply file a help ticket by going to the Support tab in the header and selecting Log a Ticket from the drop-down menu. You will need the following information when filing the ticket:
Name and address on U-verse account
U-verse BAN (billing account number)
Email address
Phone number
If you don't have U-verse, check to see if U-verse is available in your neighborhood. If so, sign up for U-verse and follow the step above. If U-verse is not available in your neighborhood, please see option 2 below.
